2. You in relation to others – can be your team as team leader, but it is not necesarily hierarchical – it can also be leadership in a non-hierarchical setting – leadership in regard to your peers or in multifunctional teams for example.
3. You as leader of an organisation: What is your role and influence in the broader organisation? It is often Leadership qualities on a more holistic (mature) level - with broader effect than just the team, so up to impact on the whole organisation.
So it would be quite logical that a junior manager first focuses on developing qualities as individual and in relation to others, whereas a more experienced leader will work on all 3 levels. So the circles will grow with wisdom experience & responsibility.
