Since 2019, Business Markers has supported Tobania in building and cascading its corporate growth strategy across business units. The assignment focused on translating ambition into clear business plans, aligning teams, and strengthening positioning and leadership. This resulted in a scalable growth strategy, improved alignment, and a stronger market presence.

Tobania had a clear ambition: accelerate growth, increase turnover, and strengthen its positioning towards employees, recruits, and customers. While the ambition was strong, the challenge was to translate it into a clear strategic direction and ensure alignment across multiple business units.

The organization needed more than a high-level strategy. It required a structured approach to connect corporate ambition to business unit priorities, while clarifying its identity and ensuring consistent execution across the organization.

Since 2019, Business Markers has supported Tobania in shaping and cascading its growth strategy.

Through a series of in-depth OGSM workshops with top management and business unit leaders, we translated strategic ambition into eight concrete strategic one-pagers and business plans. Each business unit defined its own priorities and contribution within a shared corporate framework, ensuring both alignment and ownership.

In parallel, we supported the leadership team through executive coaching and helped sharpen Tobania’s identity and corporate values. This created a stronger and more consistent positioning, both internally and towards the market, reinforcing its ambition to become a recognized leader in business and IT consultancy.

What made the difference was the integration of strategy, leadership, and positioning. Rather than treating these as separate tracks, the approach ensured that strategic choices were not only defined, but also cascaded, owned, and embedded in the organization.

The result was a clearer and more aligned strategic foundation. Tobania strengthened its market positioning, improved profitability, and built a scalable growth strategy supported by aligned teams and a stronger internal identity.
