Since 2022, Business Markers has supported Panos (La Lorraine Bakery Group) in redefining its brand positioning and strategic direction. The assignment focused on building a clear brand identity, structuring strategy through OGSM, and preparing the organization for a renewed brand and visual identity. This resulted in a stronger, more relevant positioning aligned with future growth ambitions.

Panos, part of La Lorraine Bakery Group, was at a pivotal moment. With new leadership in place, the ambition was to bring renewed energy to the brand and make it more relevant for today’s customer. The challenge was not only to define a clear strategic direction, but to fundamentally rethink the brand’s positioning as a foundation for future growth and a potential rebranding.

Since 2022, Business Markers has been supporting Panos in this transformation journey.

Starting from an OGSM framework, we helped structure the strategic direction and translate ambition into clear objectives and priorities. At the same time, we guided a deep positioning exercise to redefine the identity of the brand and clarify its role in the market. Through this process, Panos was able to reconnect with its core strengths while identifying how to evolve to meet changing customer expectations.

A key outcome of this work was the development of a clear and actionable brand “passport”, capturing the essence of the brand, its positioning, and the principles to guide future decisions. This served as a strategic foundation for the re-invention of Panos and the preparation of a renewed brand identity and visual direction.

What makes this collaboration distinctive is the combination of strategic clarity and brand transformation. Rather than treating positioning as a standalone exercise, we ensured it was fully anchored in business strategy and translated into concrete actions.

Today, Panos is building a stronger and more relevant brand, with a clear identity and strategic direction that supports its evolution and long-term growth.
