Today
After nearly two decades of leading large-scale organizational transformation in senior HR roles at Unilever, Jille decided in 2020 it was time for a new chapter. Driven by a deep belief in lifelong learning and a passion for leadership development, he returned to university to qualify as an executive team coach.
Following his certification, he launched his own coaching and HR consulting company. But he quickly discovered that lasting impact is rarely achieved alone: you can go fast alone, but you go further together.
Inspired by the Business Markers approach, and energized by the expertise and entrepreneurial spirit of its partners and consultants, Jille co-founded Business Markers Netherlands in 2022, where he now serves as Managing Partner and Managing Director.
